Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our items. We only offer exchanges due to merchandise defects. That said, be sure to double check sizes and colors before completing your order. Once something has shipped out, it cannot be changed nor cancelled.

By submitting an order with us here at www.animetdaf.com you’re agreeing to these terms.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible to ship the product(s) to us. We will provide the return address upon the approval of the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and to provide pictures of the item(s) in question.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at animetdaf@gmail.com. If the exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
To facilitate the exchange process, we do not recommend you making a separate purchase for the new item. Send the defect item(s) to us and once the exchange is accepted, we will personally put in an order for the new item. 

 

Refunds
Very sparingly, we may choose to offer a refund depending on the severity of the situation. If a refund is in discussion, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
